Do I still have to complete continuing education if I'm only doing referrals?

Yes. As long as your license is active (which it needs to be to earn referral commissions), you must complete your state's CE requirements on schedule. CE requirements vary by state — California requires 45 hours every 4 years, Florida requires 14 hours every 2 years, and so on.
