When someone in your network is buying or selling a home, you submit a referral through your personal landing page or agent dashboard.

Our concierge team contacts the client within 24 hours, interviews them to understand their needs, timeline, and preferences, and matches them with 2–3 top-rated agents in their market. The client picks their preferred agent.

When the deal closes, we collect a referral fee from the receiving agent's commission, and your share is deposited within 5 business days.
