When a referral comes in, our concierge specialists conduct a detailed client interview to understand: property type and price range, preferred location and neighborhoods, timeline (urgency level), special requirements (language, accessibility, investment vs.

primary residence), and communication preferences. Based on this profile, we select 2–3 top agents from our vetted network who specialize in that exact market and property type. We present these agents to the client with their credentials, track record, and specialties.

The client picks the agent they feel most comfortable with. This isn't a random assignment — it's a curated match designed to create the best possible experience.
