There's no formal retraining requirement from Soil Global. However, if you've been out of active sales for several years, we strongly recommend refreshing your skills.

Level 2 membership includes access to training resources, and Aaron Cuha's coaching background means the training is built by someone who has coached 20,000+ hours of agents at every level.
