What can I actually do as a referral agent — and what am I NOT allowed to do?

As a Level 1 referral agent, you can: refer buyers and sellers to active agents, earn referral commissions, build referral campaigns, and maintain your license in active status.

You cannot: show properties, hold open houses, write or negotiate contracts, attend inspections on behalf of clients, or represent buyers or sellers in a transaction. If you want to return to active sales, Level 2 and Level 3 memberships unlock full agent capabilities.
